BEHIND THE PROJECT
We are developing Arianna to listen to people's interests, passions and needs, and help them discover the residences and community activities.
Its features and launch date are not yet confirmed. We will share progress here as details are finalized.
MOZ ART · POOL · TAO
MOZ ART and POOL are planned to open in spring 2027. Exact dates, the performance programme and access details are still to be confirmed.
TAO is in development, with opening indicated for 2027. Information will be updated once confirmed.
SOCIAL CONNECTION
According to estimates reported by the World Health Organization, around one in six people worldwide report feeling lonely. WHO defines loneliness as a subjective experience and social isolation as an objective lack of sufficient relationships and contact.
Living alone or without a partner is one of many factors considered, but these figures describe social patterns and are not enough to make an individual diagnosis. Opportunities to meet can enrich everyday life; they do not replace professional support when it is needed.
