TABIANO · A FOUNDATION-SUPPORTED PILOT
A social experiment promoted and supported by Fondazione Fenice: improving quality of life through community and shared passions, helping to counter loneliness.
We are selecting an initial group of highly experienced residents: accomplished musicians, singers, dancers and actors for MOZ ART; former swimmers, athletes and sports enthusiasts for POOL. People who wish to make a new home and share their talents with a new community.
A reduction on MOZ ART and POOL published rates, supported by Fondazione Fenice to encourage sharing and community life.
Selection before opening or, subject to availability, after an initial stay. Additional benefits for selected Masters.
Explore stays and conditionsResidents will be able to help shape events and weekly masterclasses with leading schools and academies. The programme being developed aims to include national finals, with the best performances filmed and put to a public vote on a dedicated YouTube channel.

Rates per room, including half board.
Breakfast and one meal included: lunch at Residenza del Parco or dinner at the MOZ ART or POOL bar. An arrangement that leaves you free to discover local restaurants too.
For your other meal, choose a local partner restaurant or a snack at one of our bars, paid separately.
Half board includes breakfast and just one meal per day. Your quotation will specify the meal arrangement, the number of guests covered by the room rate and the available services.
Apply before opening or, subject to availability, after a trial stay, to return and live in the community as a resident.
The reduction applies to stays as a resident at MOZ ART or POOL. It does not automatically apply to weekly stays or every return visit.
Experienced professionals may contribute as residents to events, masterclasses and the jury of the programme being developed.
Initial group: up to 13 residents plus 4 additional Masters at MOZ ART; up to 6 residents plus 2 additional Masters at POOL.
The Foundation handles selection and confirms availability. Before booking, you will receive the reference rates, final price, duration and conditions of your stay, included meals and any extras.
MOZ ART and POOL are expected to open in spring 2027; dates are to be confirmed. TAO and SeniorLands Parco have their own accommodation terms.

Opposite the Terme Berzieri, a project bringing together hospitality, food culture and wellbeing. An invitation to rediscover the pleasures of the table, slow down and make time for yourself.
TAO is taking shape in the former Grand Hotel Bolognese: rooms and suites, dining and spaces devoted to wellbeing, all within the CondiVIVERE.House network.
